Murat has considerable experience in waste wood sorting applications and designing processes that maximize the recovery of valuable materials for recycling. When he joined TOMRA Recycling in 2018, he was one of the collaborators in developing sensor-based technology built specifically for wood sorting. Over the years he has seen first-hand how the European waste wood market has developed and is well versed in the challenges associated with wood recycling.
